Free Tax Help
QCAP provides low-income taxpayers of all ages with free tax counseling and tax return preparation. IRS-certified volunteers help taxpayers prepare most Federal and Massachusetts tax returns. Tax returns are E-filed for faster refunds. A special emphasis is placed on helping taxpayers claim credits for which they may be eligible, including the Earned Income and Child Tax Credits, and the Massachusetts Circuit Breaker Credit for seniors. Free tax help is offered by appointment beginning in late January through mid April.
